Sustainable apartment living with all-inclusive amenities. With 63 units and several communal spaces, this apartment building opened it’s doors summer of 2024. I contributed to the project through full FF&E selections, including furnishings, décor, and art curation, as well as partial lighting and stone selections. Artwork was sourced from local Maine artists, including pieces for the Library from Spindleworks Brunswick.
